Intel is taking its previously set mission of implementing a growing number of chips into tablets coming from relatively unknown manufacturers, quite seriously.

The Colorovo CityTab Supreme tablet might be one of those products you’d have the tendency to shrug off. But knowing the processing power under the hood comes from an Intel processor might grab your attention, even if for a mere second.

The CityTab Supreme boasts a 7.85-inch IPS screen with a decent enough resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. Speaking of processors, the tablet doesn't bundle the most recent Intel chip technology, but it’s still something to have a dual-core Intel Atom Z2580 Clover Trail + (with Hyber Threading) clocked at 2.0 GHz powering your product (via Tabletmaniak).

The above mentioned architecture works in concert with PowerVR SGX 544MP2 graphics combined with 1GB of RAM and backed-up with 16GB of internal memory (expandable up to 32GB).

The Supreme also has GPS, microUSB port and Bluetooth 4.0 and is available in Europe for a relatively chunky price of $248 / €183. We're still waiting for those really cheap Intel tablets to pop up and they will soon enough.
