Get ready for some great games!

After Sony and Nintendo, it's Codemasters' time to make public the list of games they are going to release in 2008. Even though, unlike the previously mentioned companies, Codemasters don't seem to have a big lineup coming for next year, all the titles look pretty interesting and they will surely attract the interest of many gamers.

But let's waste no more time and take a look at the upcoming title:

Turning Point: Fall of Liberty comes in Q1 2008 - a first person shooter based in a fictional post World War II world where America is occupied by Nazis. Sounds nice and, hopefully, it will not be "just another WW2 video game". Available for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Emergency Mayhem comes in Q2 2008 - a Nintendo Wii exclusive driving game based on emergency missions in a colorful cartoon-style city. Sounds cool enough and it will probably be a deep breath of fresh air in this world of realistic driving games.

Hei$t is expected to come in April 2008 - Action/driving game with bank robbery/getaway scenarios set in 1969's San Francisco. Hopefully the date, '69, does mean something in the game or else we'll just have another GTA look-alike.

GRID - in Q2 of 2008 - the Race Driver series get a little brother, for all gaming consoles except Wii. Notice that, if they would have called it "TRID", it would've been "DIRT" written backwards.

For Rise of the Argonauts we'll have to wait until Q3 of 2008 - it will be a role playing game based on the epic story of Jason and the search for the Golden Fleece. This one could be the next great thing. For PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Dragonology will come late in the Q4 of 2008 - Magical interactive story from the book based on the the study and conservation of dragons. Things are not fully decided regarding this one, as it could include Pokemon-style trading or similar collection-based games. Only for Nintendo Wii and DS owners.

Operation Flashpoint 2: Dragon Rising unfortunately has a "to be decided" release date. It will be released for PS3 and Xbox consoles, as well as PC. We won't, however, have to fight dragons in this military simulation/fps, but that will not be a problem, right?
