14 DAY TRIAL // It's been a while since the fellows from Coby released something big. Therefore, they recently decided to pop out not one, but a foursome of brand new video-playing items.
The first personal media player on the list is the 7041 model, which is capable of reading most of the file formats available on the market, such as MPEG-4, MPEG-1, MEPG-2, XviD, AVI, M-JPEG and VOB video, as well as the popular ones as MP3, WMA and OGG, not to mention the photo capabilities which include JPG, BMP and TXT files.
Besides that, its design includes a nice and very generous 7 inch TFT LCD with a 480 x 272 pixels resolution and a 40GB capacity storage. For an extra memory boost, the player sports an SD/MMC slot, an USB port.
Other technical specification details include an FM radio and a built-in microphone, as well as the cool AV-in and out capabilities, meaning you'll be able to display the images and short videos on larger screens.
The next portable media player on the list is the 3521PMP. This one comes packed with a 20 GB HDD and has a 3.5 inch TFT LCD with a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels resolution. As built-in capabilities, it can deal with MPEG-4, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, XviD, AVI, M-JPEG and VOB video, MP3, WMA and Ogg audio, MPEG-4, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, XviD, AVI, M-JPEG and VOB video, MP3, WMA and Ogg audio and JPG and TXT files.
The device has a built-in CF card slot, FM radio and microphone and offers the same AV-out capability, as the previous model does.
The third on the list is the MP-C945 portable media player, featuring a mobile cell phone design and a nice OLED "fingerprints-trap" 1.5-inch 128 x 128 pixel screen, this player comes equipped with a 4GB memory capacity storage. Apart from that, it plays MPEG-4, MP3, WMA, JPG and TXT file formats.
And finally, the last addition to the company's portfolio is the MP-C7087 PMP boasting a humble 1 or 2 GB capacity, a 1.5 inch CSTN screen and a 128 x 128 pixel resolution. This one also features an integrated FM tuner and a microphone for personal recordings.
All in all, there is no word regarding their pricing and availability details! Still, Coby did once again a pretty good job!
