A coat made out of only human chest hair is on sale for thousands of dollars. According to BuzzFeed, the Man-Fur Coat seen above is going for £2,499 ($3,856 / €2,945).

The coat was created for the global dairy company Arla, in their new campaign regarding the growing needs of men.

"We commissioned the Man-Fur Coat as a wakeup call for the nation's gents. [...] A way to encourage them to readopt the values of assured men's men from yesteryear," a rep tells The Grocer.

300 volunteers signed up to offer their chest hair for this experiment. It took 200 hours to put together the unusual coat, and four designers worked to produce the garment.

Wing-Co. is thus trying to promote a chocolate dairy drink aimed at men by encouraging them to take a sit of the product when they're hungry.
