A second, funny, graphic-novel inspired character is roaming the streets of Northampton, after reports of a clown “terrorizing” the community.

The man disguises himself as Pennywise, from Stephen King's cult movie “It.” “The clown catcher” has emerged as the former's nemesis, vowing to put an end to all this kidding around.

The Northampton has a Facebook following of over 60,000, Mirror writes. He has explained in an interview with a local newspaper that he is popping up in different places in town to have a bit of fun.

“My name is Boris. I am the official clown catcher. I am not here to scare anyone. I am not here to hurt anyone. I come in peace!” the “superhero” responds.

I am not sure about what he hopes on doing once he catches the original clown, but perhaps he is planning to execute a citizen's arrest.
