Micro-Star International has been making and selling all sorts of PCs for years and it has now added a new all-in-one system to its portfolio, one that will add to the Classic series and Professional and Entertainment series of all-in-one systems.

The new system that MSI put together is one that does not exactly rival high-end AiO computers in terms of raw performance.

The centerpiece of the machine is an Intel Celeron Dual Core E3400 chip, whose clock speed is of 2.6 GHz.

This CPU is backed up by up to 4 GB of RAM and paired with the GMA (graphics media accelerator) X4500 integrated graphics.

It is this graphics solution that has full control over the 18.5-inch liquid crystal display whose native resolution is of 1,366 x 768 pixels (HD).

Additionally, storage is provided by a 3.5-inch SATA2 hard disk drive whose internal capacity is of 320 GB.

Other specifications include a DVD writer, a 4-in-1 card reader, 802.11 b/g WiFi, Gigabit Ethernet, a 1.3 megapixel webcam and a pair of 3W speakers.

MSI points out that the camera and speakers, plus the microphone, will enable “unsurpassed instant messaging” and video conferencing.

Of course, while the performance is not exactly massive, MSI added a number of other features meant to boost the appeal of the Wind Top AC1900.

For one, it has a power supply of 300W and the PC “can reduce 63% of power consumption under full load.”

Another thing is that it uses a minimalist appearance and with a black-based color theme that should let it fit into any environment.

“The Wind Top AC1900 takes up less space and eliminates all of the desktop wiring clutter that weighs down conventional PCs,” the press release said.

Unfortunately, the company gave no sort of information on the pricing.
