14 DAY TRIAL // Supercell, the company behind the highly-acclaimed Clash of Clans game, is about to release a new major update that will bring new features and improvements.
The free-to-download game hasn't received an important update since Christmas. The latest minor update for Clash of Clans was released last month and added the option to remove the Winter theme introduced late last year.
But apart from that, it was pretty quiet on the updates front, as developer Supercell was probably busy advertising Clash of Clans. Supercell was one of the few game developers with a promo during SuperBowl, which says quite a lot about the financial success of the company.
Anyway, Supercell has finally teased another update for Clash of Clans, but few details have been confirmed by developers.
The image teaser for the upcoming Clash of Clans update confirms it will add Cannon level 13, “It packs a punch and takes a lot of damage!”
Another new feature teased by Supercell is new Clan badges, as players will now be able to make their clans stand out by crafting a customized badge with their choice of pattern, background and border.

No other changes have been confirmed by Supercell, but there's a thread on Reddit that mentions some other features and improvements that might make it into the next update.
- Level up your clan and earn perks, prestige and fancy badges; - Clan wars opt-in/opt-out gives your clan full control of war; - Request troops more often and donate more troops at a time; - Get refunds and automatic upgrades on donated troops; - Increase your clan war loot bonus and store more in your clan castle.
Keep in mind, though, that these changes mentioned on Reddit haven't been confirmed by Supercell yet, so they might not be the real deal.
No details on exactly when the update will arrive, but since the developer has already started to tease it, then it shouldn't take more than a few days to be released.
