14 DAY TRIAL // Even if Jennifer Aniston got over the initial shock of Brad Pitt's engagement to Angelina Jolie to actually be “happy” for them, good friend Chelsea Handler isn't there yet. She's on Jolie's back again, PageSix reports.
Chelsea and Jennifer have been good friends for years and it's not unheard of to have the former include Angelina Jolie jabs in her live comedy routine.
As far as she's concerned, Handler still believes Jolie “stole” Brad from Aniston and thus ruined a perfectly wonderful marriage.
She doesn't say so in her latest interview (she said it before, for what it's worth), but she makes sure she leaves no room for doubt as to how she feels about Angelina.
“You just know as a woman, when you see another woman, if that’s a woman you can trust,” she says, explaining why Angelina is “the opposite of a girl’s girl.”
“Probably Angelina Jolie... She [Jolie] doesn’t strike me as someone I would have a close friendship with,” the comedienne adds.
As noted above and as we also reported on various occasions in the past, this is not the first time that Handler takes a swing at Jolie in public, though, to the latter's credit, she never responded in any way.
Back in December 2010, Chelsea ripped into Angelina for being a “homewrecker” of the worst kind, whom could never be redeemed even by her many acts of charity, which, according to Handler, would also include her many international adoptions.
“She can rescue as many babies from as many countries as she wants to. I don’t [expletive]-ing believe you. She gives interviews, ‘I don’t have a lot of female friends.’ Cause you’re a [expletive]-ing [expletive]... you’re a [expletive]-ing [expletive],” Handler said while up on stage during one of her routines.
Shortly after video of her rant emerged online, word also got out that Jennifer was so upset that Chelsea would cast Angelina in such a bad light that she stopped talking to her for a while and even threatened to cut her off completely.
