A customer complains about his flight to LIAT Airlines

A very, very sarcastic letter to an airline is speaking for any one of us who has ever had to change planes during a flight or had the company lose their bags afterwards.

The letter was sent to LIAT Airlines, a company that dubs itself “The Caribbean Airline.” The passenger details having changed not one, not two, but six planes.

Every time, he had to go through security, which wasted his time and annoyed him. Upon his arrival at his final destination, Tortola, he realized that there were no ferries for the day.

According to the open letter posted to the BVI Beacon, he was stuck waiting for the ferry until the following day, and all the bars were closed. As expected, the airline lost his luggage.
