Indeed, national hero Charles Ramsey has been songified.
The track is called “Dead Giveaway” and, I just have to say, it sounds better than many pop releases passed around today for actual music. And it’s funny to boot.
For those not up to speed with Ramsey and the reason he’s so famous all of a sudden, he is the man believed to have saved Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus, and Michelle Knight, who had been reported missing years ago and were being held prisoners in his neighbor’s house.
As many commenters on YouTube note, this “song” isn’t meant to mock him or belittle his extremely nice gesture. Hopefully, it will help him make some money.
