BioWare has yet to reach a decision about Mass Effect 3’s ending, saying once again through an official statement that it’s definitely listening to feedback from fans about the conclusion of the game.

Mass Effect 3 is out for almost two weeks and quite a lot of players have completed its single-player campaign. Many, however, weren’t exactly pleased with the ending they got, and have started voicing their thoughts on it all over the web.

We’ve already seen campaigns to change the conclusion and some fans even started coming up with their own endings or at least making donations to charity in order to make BioWare listen to their pleas.

After a statement from Casey Hudson, Mass Effect 3’s producer, over the weekend, the game’s Facebook page has posted a new message, saying that the studio has yet to reach a decision about changing the ending.

“We would like to clarify that we are actively and seriously taking all player feedback into consideration and have ruled nothing out,” the message reads. “At this time we are still collecting and considering your feedback and have not made a decision regarding requests to change the ending.”

Once again, the studio emphasizes that feedback from fans is constantly monitored and it will certainly influence the downloadable content that will appear for Mass Effect 3 at a later point in time.

“Your feedback and opinions are of the utmost importance to us. We apologize for any confusion this has caused. Our top priority regarding this discussion is to keep communication with you, our loyal fans, open and productive.”

As you can see, while BioWare isn’t ready to reveal its DLC plans, it’s more than likely that at least some of the future add-ons might bring a new ending for players who once again complete the game’s single-player mode.

Expect to hear some actual DLC details at some point in the near future.
