The University of London gives four psychics a challenge, they fail miserably

Four celebrity psychics in the UK were put to a test for Halloween, having to identify details about five strangers' lives, while not being able to see or hear them.

Sally Morgan, Colin Fry, Gordon Smith, T J Higgs and Derek Acorah participated in the testing. According to the Guardian, the challenge was set up by Michael Marshall of the Merseyside Skeptics Society, and the test took place at Goldsmiths, at the University of London, where Mr. Marshall teaches.

The psychics had to gather data about five volunteers, without being allowed to communicate with each other or with the volunteers. The sitters hid behind screens, and were asked to grade each reading on a scale from 1 to 10, on accuracy.

A psychic would pass the test if he or she got it right all five times. However, none of the successful "professional" psychics passed the test, and are now claiming they have to see the person they are "reading" to better connect with them. Read the full results here.
