NVIDIA has launched today yet another graphics card, GeForce GTS 250, which will come to the market as an upgrade to the 9800GTX+. The new graphics solution comes with 512MB and 1GB of memory and includes a 55nm GPU. Aver all, the new model seems to be the older card, only that it features a larger frame buffer and has a new name.

The new GeForce GTS 250 has been launched today along with other GPUs, the GeForce GTX 200M and GeForce GTS 100M Series. Even so, the new solution is already adopted by graphics card makers, including Gigabyte, MSI and Point of View, which came to the CeBIT show in Hanover, Germany with the new parts, sporting custom cooling solutions.

Micro Star International, for example, has announced its new N250GTS-series graphics solutions, which are reported to sport the award-winning Quad Pipe and Seaweed-Blade fan cooling technology, while also including an All Solid Capacitor design. The new MSI N250GTS-2D1G comes with four extra thick heatpipes meant to keep the GPU cooler more stable. In addition, the airflow is directed to the memory, capacitors, MOSFET and other components, this way providing better overclocking capabilities for the card.

Gigabyte has showcased at the CeBIT its GV-N250ZL-1GI solution, also based on the new NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250 GPU. The card features Dual link DVI-I / D-sub / HDMI / HDCP, as well as support for NVIDIA SLI and PureVideo HD technology, as well as for CUDA and PhysX. The card also features a specially designed cooling solution, and so does Point of View's GeForce GTS 250 board, which also delivers a core speed of 600MHz, as well as 512 DDR3 memory clocked at 1800MHz.

Take a look at the images below to see the new GeForce GTS 250-based solutions showcased at CeBIT.
