Not much information was known about the upcoming Casio flagship camera model, but today the Japanese manufacturer officially revealed the EXILIM EX-10 model.

The top panel of Casio EXILIM EX-10 is made from a special aluminum alloy, while the front and back panels are made from a robust magnesium alloy with a stylish finish.

Casio EXILIM EX-10 comes with a bright 6.0-24mm f/1.8-f/2.5 (28-112mm 35mm format) lens featuring a multi-stage diaphragm.

Powered by a back-illuminated 1/1.7 crop factor CMOS sensor the new EXILIM EX-10 will be capable of taking great pictures even in low light conditions.

Moreover, the new camera is capable of shooting 30 sheets of 6fps images when using the burst mode. Another great feature is a tilting LDC monitor capable of moving up to 180 degrees upward and 55 degrees downward.

In addition to that, the most interesting feature that comes with the new Casio EXILIM EX-10 camera is by far the 2-axis bracketing function that allows you choose two bracketing variables and shoot up to 9 photos.

To make it clearer, with Casio EXILIM EX-10 you could choose Contrast and Saturation or Aperture and Focus bracketing and get 9 photos where these two options vary from the lowest value to the highest.

This opens up an infinite number of possibilities, allowing you to choose the best picture from the batch without having to use a tripod and manually change each value as needed.

The 2-axis bracketing option features five possible situations: aperture / focus, brightness / white balance, contrast / saturation, brightness / saturation and brightness / contrast.

The Casio EXILIM EX-10 camera will hit store shelves on November 29, but no details have been revealed yet about its price. Stay tuned as we'll try to keep you posted as soon as new information is released.
