Carry Your USB Flash Drive on the Back of Your Mobile Phone

I don't know how many of you have ever owned a luxury mobile phone, but one thing's for sure: when you've purchased a $2,000 Mobiado handset, any and every accessory you might get for it should match both its design and its price tag. And this is the reason why the Bonac Innovation Corp. (makers of the Mobiado) have decided to provide as an accessory for their device one of the most expensive and luxurious USB flash drives around (not to mention one of the world's smallest), namely the USB Luxury Memory Stick developed by Canadian company Bissol.

Thus, perhaps ushering in a new fashion among mobile phone manufacturers, the people over at Bonac have released a special type of battery case, which can be used for housing the Luxury Memory Stick, thus allowing the user to carry their data right on the back of their luxury phone.

As we've informed you in a previous article on the subject, the Luxury Memory Stick from Bissol is available in two versions, namely brass (gold color) and electroless nickel plated brass (silver color). Furthermore, the manufacturer touts it to be the world's smallest (at just around 28.9mm x 12.4mm x 2.2mms), while the device provides a 4 GB storage space.

As all the other USB flash drives on the market, the device from Bissol connects to a host computer via an USB 2.0 interface, which means that it can attain data transfer rates of up to 480 Mbps, without requiring any external power sources. Furthermore, the drive supports the ReadyBoost feature from Windows Vista, which means that its 4 GB can be used as additional RAM memory, thus increasing a system's overall performance without the addition of expensive RAM modules.

There's no info regarding the price, but since the Luxury Memory Stick costs around 260 US dollars on its own, chances are that you'll have to fork out a lot more.
