3 covers for Carmelo

Probably all of you know who Carmelo Anthony is. That Denver Nuggets "insignificant" forward. And he is not part of the U.S. national Olympic basketball team either. In fact, all he does is to appear on game boxes covers. His favorites are the EA basketball sims. He did two of them already.

In fact, he likes them that much that he decided to do another one, namely the cover of NBA Street Homecourt. Carmela previously covered NCAA March Madness and NBA Live 2005 but, it seems that he wanted to be the first athlete ever to be on three game covers. Maybe he was chosen to do so many covers because he scored 35 points against Italy in the FIBA tournament.

NBA Street Homecourt will be developed by EA Canadian studios for the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360 and will have some interesting new features, including a 360 degrees view. An official launch date for this 3-on-3 streetball game has not been announced yet. These streetball games from EA (there are 4 of them including this one) bring something new to the table, as players are not bound to strict basketball regulations. You are required to do anything possible to be the first who scores 21 points needed to win the game.
