She’s been envied by millions of women for the way she looks and especially for the way in which she managed to continue looking good even today, but Cameron Diaz would still change a couple of things about herself if she could. For starters, she would love it if she could do something to have a more prominent backside and more “meat on her bones,” as she reveals in a recent Marie Claire interview.

Diaz has always been considered one of the most honest celebrities of the moment. Although she’s dated some of the hottest men in showbiz, starred in some of the biggest Hollywood productions and generated more media than she would have probably liked, Cameron is also extremely private. However, when she does agree to an interview, she makes sure she’s keeping it as real as possible, it is being said and, in this sense, the latest Marie Claire sit-down should be the best indication.

When asked whether she would change anything about her body, granted she had the possibility, the actress tells the magazine she would love a bigger backside, as well as more meat on her bones, since she sees herself as too lanky. However, she’s well aware that such a thing is not possible, since she has a different body type than what she’d like. “I’d love to be more voluptuous. It’s just not my body type.” Diaz reveals for the magazine.

However, none of the above is to say Cameron has any image issues that are making her life impossible. Not only is she happy as a single woman, but she’s also extremely comfortable to where she got by means of acting, as well as with the loss of her privacy. “I’m very good on my own. I’m very adaptable and self-sufficient. I can pretty much take care of any situation. I just have a lot of friends. That’s how I think of it. It’s nice to see people smile.” the actress says of what helps her get through the day in the spotlight.

Still, there are days when she too is completely stunned by the unbelievable amount of interest in her life. “Every once in a while, you’ll have those moments when people give you the stink eye. And you’re like, ‘What the [expletive] is your problem? What, am I horrific-looking?’ But really what they’re thinking is, Am I seeing who I think I’m seeing? It’s just a shock.’ I don’t have any problem with being famous. I’ve completely made peace with being recognizable and people wanting to peek into my life in some way.” the actress explains.
