Not that long ago we brought you a pretty crazy mod from a guy that managed to cram an entire computer inside a radio controlled Corvette ZR1 and today we continue this whole automotive computer theme with the Camaro Personal Computer.

Although not as impressive as its faster (in more ways than one) Corvette counterpart, this computer is also based on a micro-ITX motherboard placed inside a car replica case.

The performance difference however comes from the hardware packed inside this thing, as this Camaro is powered by a pretty low horse-power Intel Atom N330 processor, a far cry from the fast Intel quad-core chips used inside that Corvette, although this does indeed come with Nvidia Ion graphics making it particularly well suited for playing back 1080p video content..

Other specs include up to 8GB of DDR3 memory, a SATA 2.5 inch drive bay that can be equipped with storage solutions up to 750GB in capacity, 802.11 b/g/n wireless as well as a slim slot loaded Super Multi DVD-RW optical drive, all of these being accompanied by a wide range of expansion ports as the Camaro Personal Computer features two USB connectors, an eSATA port as well as Ethernet connectivity.

On the video output side we get D-Sub and an HDMI ports, so this can be pretty easily connected to your HDTV if you so desire, making it well suited for home theater use.

And since this is actually a GM licensed Camaro replica, we also get a bunch of other cool features such as working headlights, a taillights flash as well as a power button designed to resemble a hood ornament.

But the best part about this Camaro PC is that you won't have to build it for yourself as was the case with the previous Corvette ZR1 mod that we reported on, this being available for purchase right now for $1,239.99, so I doubt anyone, apart from Camaro fanatics that is, will consider this a best-buy, its price being extremely high for such a low end hardware configuration.
