Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare might have just been revealed by developer Sledgehammer Games and publisher Activision, but a full cast for the coming title is already available, including names for the main characters that will be part of the story.

MP1st says that gamers will be able to enjoy performances from:

Jonathon Irons (Antagonist) – Kevin Spacey Mitchell (Protagonist ) – Troy Baker Gideon (Side Character) – Gideon Emery Knox – Khary Payton Ilana – Angela Gots Will Irons (Son of Jonathan Irons) – Paul Telfer Joker – Jeremy Kent Jackson Kingpin – Matt Riedy Ajani or Ade M’Cormack – Adetokumboh M’Cormack Cormack – Russell Richardson Hades – Shareef Ibrahim

The nicknames do not offer any kind of hint about the actual narrative that the various characters will be involved in, but they do suggest some apocalyptic elements.

The first trailer for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare showed Kevin Spacey, using much of his Frank Underwood from House of Cards persona, talking about the problems that spreading democracy around the world faces.

It seems that the plot of the shooter will be focused on a Private Military Company that has developed advanced and powerful technology that allows it to strike at all the national armies in the word at the same time.

It seems that the soundtrack for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will be handled by Harry Gregson-Williams, who has previous experience working on Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain, Guns of the Patriots, Snake Eater, and Sons of Liberty.

Sledgehammer Games has said that it plans to create a video game that introduces some interesting innovative elements to the series while keeping the same core mechanics that gamers have enjoyed for years.

The new shooter will not be linked in terms of story to either Black Ops or to Modern Warfare.

Activision has said the title will be specifically designed to use the improved hardware included in the next generation of home consoles.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will introduce new technology like hoover bikes and exoskeletons, and there are also new modes for the multiplayer side.

The franchise is now moving to a new, three-year-long development cycle for each installment, which should mean better quality on launch for fans.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will be offered to the community on November 4 of this year and will be available on the PlayStation 4 from Sony, the Xbox One from Microsoft, the PC, and current-gen consoles.
