Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare has just gotten a brand new video, highlighting once again the many changes it will deliver to the franchise's patented multiplayer experience.

The video delivers an overview of the multiplayer modes and features in Sledgehammer Games' upcomig first-person shooter, covering the enhanced movement options of the exo-suit, loadout customization, maps and game modes.

The futuristic setting allowed the developers to create various gadgets inspired by modern-day military prototypes and speculative designs, such as the exoskeleton suit, that offers a boost to movement, enabling players to jump higher and utilize the jet propulsion system to hover in mid-air or to make quick side dodges, getting away from harm's way.

The Call of Duty franchise has received a lot of criticism that it's basically delivering the same game every year, and Sledgehammer Games is intent on bringing a breath of fresh air to the game's multiplayer modes, while keeping the consecrated formula intact.

Each exoskeleton comes equipped with a different special ability, from hovering for a few seconds to a cloaking device that can be employed to infiltrate enemy lines or the ability to temporarily increase your total health beyond maximum levels.

Your defensive arsenal has never been this effective against enemy fire, as you can also employ a temporary shield to stop enemy bullets, and even enable a defensive mode that destroys a couple of bullets headed your way mid-air, offering you some precious extra seconds of safety on the battlefield.

All suits come equipped with a wrist-mounted launcher that can be customized to deploy all manner of projectiles, from smoke grenade to tracking drones and EMP grenades.

The loadout customization system is inspired by Black Ops 2's Pick 10 system, allowing you to distribute 13 points to select various weapons, attachments, exo abilities, and for the first time in the series, even scorestreaks, allowing you to fully tailor your arsenal to your preferred play style.

In addition to this, the Create an Operator customization mode allows you to fine-tune your appearance to the very last detail, including the shape and color of your ballistic goggles, enabling you to create the exact character you want to take into battle.

In addition to the wealth of multiplayer features, the game is also touted as having the deepest single-player campaign yet, enhanced by stellar performances from established actors such as Troy Baker and Kevin Spacey.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is coming out on November 4, headed for the PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
