The development team at Sledgehammer Games is teasing once again the reveal of a new weapon for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, with the M1 Irons revolver set to be shown to the public tomorrow in all its glory.

The image attached to this article has been posted on the official Twitter account of the studio, but there's no info on when gamers should tune in so that they can get all the new details.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare has been getting regular content drops since it was launched, but at the moment, it is unclear how the new weapon will be offered and who will be able to get access to it.

Traditionally, Sledgehammer Games used to offer a sneak peek at the weapons included in DLC packs about one month before they were actually introduced, with those who have a Season Pass able to get them right away and use them in combat.

The fact that the M1 Irons for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is being teased might mean that tomorrow the developers will talk about the new downloadable content for the shooter and that an official release for the Xbox One and the 360 is planned for early June.

Those who are playing on other platforms will need to wait another 30 days in order to get access to the same content.

The new Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare DLC will include four new competitive multiplayer maps and another chapter in the Exo Zombies cooperative undead-focused mode.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare has two more content drops left

Sledgehammer Games has already assured the community that it is listening to the feedback offered and is delivering tweaked content via the packs.

The studio has offered no information on the kind of core mechanics changes it is planning to make in the next major patch.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare has been the biggest release of 2014, and more maps and cooperative episodes are a good way of keeping the shooter relevant.

Treyarch and Activision have already begun offering details on the new title in the series, called Black Ops 3, which is set to arrive on all platforms in the fall of this year.
