Gamers should continue to offer feedback on the changes

The development team at Sledgehammer Games and publisher Activision announce that at the moment Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is having a double experience period for the Mosh Pit multiplayer playlists, which is set to run until December 13 at 9 AM Pacific Time on all platforms.

The period gives gamers a chance to gain more levels for their characters, which in turn means that they can be more effective in the multiplayer component in the long term.

At the same time, Michael Condrey, the leader of the team working on the shooter, says he is happy with the kind of feedback players have been offered so far after the most recent update.

The studio does have plans to introduce more changes to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, based on the feedback coming from the community, and it seems that the System Hack scorestreak is one of the first mechanics to be tweaked to improve overall player experience.

At the moment, there’s no estimated time of arrival for a new patch, but gamers should probably expect to see it either in late December or early in January of next year.

Sledgehammer Games has already said that it wants to launch the first piece of major downloadable content, Havoc, in the first few months of the coming year. Havoc is designed to add more maps for gamers and new weapons for them to use.

Gamers will also get the new Exo Zombies mode, which players have been asking to see since the November 4 launch.

The DLC will be first offered on the Xbox One and will only then come to the rest of the platforms.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is the biggest entertainment launch of the year

The new shooter has managed to live up to the expectations linked to the series in order to become the biggest entertainment launch of 2014, beating all other album and movie launches.

At the same time, Activision has not yet offered clear info about the number of copies that it has delivered to players, although hard numbers might come after Christmas.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is an innovative experience because it adds the exo-skeleton to the core set of mechanics, enabling players to use new sets of moves to explore the maps and avoid incoming fire.

The game also offers much more customization for characters.
