Archos’ 7-inch tablet might not be as popular as the Kindle Fire or the Nook Tablet, but that hasn’t stopped the company from releasing yet another such device at this year’s CES.

The Archos 70b, as this is called, differentiates itself from all the other 70-series tablets in the outfit’s lineup thanks to its certification for running the Android Honeycomb OS.

What this means is that the 70b will come pre-loaded with Android Market, Google Maps, and other Google applications that aren’t officially supported by Archos’ older 7-inchers.

Hardware wise we get a 1024x600 pixel display, 512MB of RAM and 8GB of storage, so this is not the most impressive Honeycomb tablet around, but it does offer all that one could ask for from a $199 (156 EUR) tablet.
