Diversified operator to begin offering the handset next week, November 11

C Spire Wireless is following up on its October 19 announcement that it will carry the iPhone 4S with a new announced that the device will be available on its network beginning Friday, November 11.

The operator promotes the same prices as the three carriers picked by Apple to officially sell the phone throughout the United States.

C Spire says its network is optimized for devices that consume much data, “supporting the highest percentage of customers with smartphones in the nation.”

The company offers personalized wireless options, including a variety of individual, family and business voice and data plans.

“C Spire understands that when customers have to measure and limit their data, they aren’t getting the optimal experience from their wireless provider,” says the wireless services provider. “That’s why the company offers Individual and Family Choice nationwide voice and data plans that offer customers the ultimate in choice and flexibility and access to infinite data.”

“As a carrier dedicated to delivering the best personalized wireless experience, we’re proud to offer the amazing new iPhone 4S to our customers,” said Hu Meena, president and chief executive officer for C Spire. “iPhone 4S offers an abundance of new features, and with our Choice Infinite data plans customers can enjoy all of them on our network without having to think about their next bill.”

The carrier will also sell the previous-generation phone, the iPhone 4 (8GB version), at the same price advertised by Apple and the trio of carrier partners - $99.

Both iPhone 4S and iPhone 4 will require activation on one of C Spire’s individual or family voice and data plans on a two-year contract.

There are four plans to choose from, according to the press release, ranging from $50 to $100 for various voice, SMS, and data offerings.
