Lacey Chabert to borrow her voice to Princess Elise

Young Hollywood actress, Lacey Chabert, will borrow her voice to Princess Elise's character in the Sonic The Hedgehog video game. This announcement was made today by SEGA.

Lacey, who played in "Party of Five" and "Mean Girls" declared that she is trilled with her debut in the video games industry and that she has been playing Sonic games from the age of 9. She has previous experience as regarding voice-overs as she borrowed her voice to several animated characters over the years. In 1998 she was the voice of Eliza Thornberry in the animated series "The Wild Thornberryes", and later on continued her role as Eliza in "The Wild Thornberryes Movie". The bets known film for which she recorded voice-overs was "Rugrats Gone Wild!". The young Hollywood star pointed out her excitement to bring her contribution to the Sonic 15 years legacy.

The video game debuted in 1991 on the SEGA Genesis platform, but now, Sonic The Hedgehog is scheduled to come out on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 games consoles in fall 2006.

By the time the version of Sonic was launched and until now, the video game registered a tremendous success as it appeals to persons of all ages. An important factor in the success was played by the games' "E-10" rating and by the interesting and crazy blue mascot, Sonic himself.
