The team is also aiming to eliminate other issues

Destiny is at the moment in pretty good shape from a gameplay standpoint, and the developers at Bungie are getting the time they need to deal with some of the more obscure issues that the community has been reporting.

A help article from the company is now live and offers players a look at the process they need to perform in order to get back their Founder status if they left their clan and now want to rejoin.

The company explains that “To get your Founder status back, instruct the current Founder to promote you to Admin, and temporarily demote the rest of the Admins, leaving you as the only Admin. Have the current Founder leave the Group to pass the Founder status to you. You can then let them back into the Group, and promote all of your Admins again.”

According to Bungie, the above steps need to be performed via the account system on the official site, mainly because Group management is at the moment limited on the applications that support Destiny on both Android and on iOS mobile devices.

The clan and Founder issue has been reported more often since The Dark Below was launched, when some players returned to the social shooter and wanted to get all their old positions back.

Bungie might introduce more options for clan management to the social shooter in the near future.

Destiny moves from The Dark Below to House of Wolves

With The Dark Below now launched, the focus of the development team is to make sure that the core game mechanics work as expected and the weapons and major events are balanced.

Crota’s End has been completed in just six hours by a dedicated team of players, but the rest of the community seems to be finding the challenge solid enough at the moment, with many hours spent leveling up characters and trying to get access to better equipment.

One more hotfix might be introduced before the end of the current year.

The next expansion for Destiny is called House of Wolves and will be offered at some point in the summer of 2015, presumably with more environments and raids but also some gameplay tweaks.

Bungie has already said that it is exploring concepts for a full expansion for the social shooter and that it’s also planning to make changes to the way the Vault and the Glimmer work on the current version.
