Rockstar Games has finally pulled the rabbit out of the hat and released the highly awaited details of its upcoming Bully title and they did it with style. Be sure to check out the Bullworth Academy Prospectus, a hilarious experience guaranteed to make you leak a smile or two. It's like Nightmare Before Christmas all over again, only this time we have the adventures of Jimmy Hopkins in the cynical far-off world called Reality. Suitable magic words stand across the Bullworth banner: "Canis Canem Edit" [Dog Eats Dog].

"Renowned the world over for the quality of our alumni and the strong moral fiber we've instilled in them, Bullworth is a well respected academic institution with a fine tradition of stern discipline and an unparalleled commitment to structure," as Dr. Crabblesnitch, Bullworth Academy Principal puts it. "The world is an ugly place and we must prepare our youngsters, by any means necessary, by enabling them to rise to the top of the steaming cesspool of human endeavor. Graduates from Bullworth leave the Academy well-equiped to conquer a duplicitous, fraudulent, scheming world, ready to sieze every opportunity it offers them. We very much look forward to welcoming your child to our bosom. Boys or girls, we will make men of them all" he confidently proclaims.

You can find each and every human archetype at Bullworth, just waiting to impose its lifestyle on you: the overprotective nurse, the dull and boring people, the authority driven principal, bullies, the popular girls, geeks, the raging coach and many more. I find this to be the only problem concerning content revealed by Rockstar thus far, since the game does indeed use scornful attitudes towards authority of any form. But that's about it, since Jimmy couldn't be a bully even if he wanted to. It's not that fun. A different approach is more suitable, like fighting bullies with wits and inventivity. As far as I've seen, this seems to be the case from the recently released screenshots, trailers and other in game cuts. It makes you wonder why people are so vocal about Bully in the US, a game they haven't even played yet.

Bully appears to be featuring different location layouts as the game progresses through various seasons, with snow in winter or leaves falling in autumn. Being a realistic reproduction of schools all over the world, Bullworth Academy has all the little abusable things that, at some point, made school life amusing. Fire alarms can be set off granting a free shower to every living soul inside the building; just as you can shamelessly ring the bell sooner to get your mates out of class. All this completes with destroyable objects like windows, cars, desks. Slipping on a banana has never been easier and you can all see for yourselves starting October 17 on PS2.
