Another week, another release of storage units, this time of the portable variety. Hard disk drives of this sort are really popular it seems.

Buffalo is the company making the product introduction, and the device line is called HD-PNFU3 Series.

Long story short, the HD-PNFU3 Series is a collection of portable HDDs (hard disk drives) with USB 3.0 connectivity and a shock-absorbing internal frame.

They have capacities of 500 GB, 1 TB and 2 TB, and prices of 11,130 yen ($113 / €82), 15,015 yen ($153 / €111) and 28,770 yen ($293 / €213), respectively.

Buffalo will deliver them all around the end of November, in blue, pink, yellow, black, white or red cases, and bundled with the TurboPC EX2 software (can compress data automatically and open the HDDs in a safe mode).
