14 DAY TRIAL // Buffalo has announced a pair of items that people don't often hear or read about.
Dubbed BSCR09U3 and BSCRD04U3, they are memory card readers that connect to systems over USB 3.0.
Notebooks may all have card readers of varying support ranges, but the same cannot be said about desktops.
As such, Buffalo made the BSCR09U3, with support for SD/SDHC/SDXC cards (standard, mini and micro), plus MS-Duo, M2, CompactFlash, and XD Picture Card.
The company also prepared the BSCRD04U3, which only handles SD/SDHC/SDXC.
Their prices are of 3,402 JPY ($41.8 / 31.76 Euro), while the BSCRD04U3 goes for 2,826 JPY ($34.7 / 26.38 Euro). Sales won't start until next month (April, 2012).
