14 DAY TRIAL // Kris Jenner and Bruce Jenner’s marriage has been on the rocks for years, if we’re to believe everything that we read in the tabloids. Now, it’s Bruce’s son Brody who confirms in a new interview that the two aren’t living together anymore.
The unusual living arrangement was first mentioned by Khloe Kardashian in an interview this year. She explained then that it was what both mom Kris and stepdad Bruce needed to “get along,” and she insisted that it did not mean their marriage was over.
According to reports cited by the Examiner, Brody, who was recently included on the Kardashian family reality show as he tries to mend the relationship with his father, knows about this, but he too believes the two won’t be getting a divorce.
That’s not to say though that he’s happy with the thought that his dad is married to Kris, because he blames her for all the bad things that happened in his life, starting with his almost non-existent relationship with Bruce.
Admittedly, Brody believes that Kris has been keeping Bruce from spending time with his other children, himself included, and this, in turn, generated a whole new series of other issues.
Even if Kris is now doing her best to mend the broken bridges, Brody believes it’s a little too late for that.
He still speaks up to shut down divorce rumors.
“I stay out of their business, but as far as I’m concerned, they haven’t split up,” he says.
As for why Kris and Bruce have been spending so much time apart lately, there’s a very simple explanation for that.
“Dad’s been in Malibu – he grew up out here – and the press has made a big deal of it. It’s nothing to do with them breaking up,” Brody continues.
These past couple of weeks, Brody and Bruce have been spending a lot of time together, so expect the father-son relationship to get more coverage in the upcoming season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
