14 DAY TRIAL // When in doubt, change the color of your hair. This is what must be going through Britney's mind, and right now she seems to be as doubtful as ever, since this marks the third time she's changed her hair color within the time of a month.
Usually a blond, Britney shocked the world with her brunette locks right before Valentine's Day, when she posed for a photo of her new fragrance. At the time, she posted a photo of her new look on Twitter, which she captioned “Spice up Valentine's Day by getting 'Naughty & Nice' ((pun intended)) ;).”
But something must have not have been to her liking, because this week she was seen sporting a new color, a burgundy red, as Celebitchy noticed.
Judging by the photos of her parading her new hair in Los Angeles, the singer is trying to ditch her signature blond locks. It has to be said that she looks unrecognizable and it's not necessarily the best suiting color for her.
But this could also be due to the fact that she was wearing it tied up. During her Las Vegas performance where she had a flowing mane of red locks she looked much better, but there she had the advantage of make-up and of the lighting.
This latest scandal might be some damage control after her Las Vegas residency was dealt a heavy blow when Britney accidentally forgot to sing along with the music at her concert, exposing the fact that she's been lip syncing this whole time, something which many have speculated since her debut.
In the video taken by a fan on his phone, Britney is seen during the middle of her performance, waving to fans. She was in between verses and she decided to mingle a little bit before the chorus kicked in, only she had a problem: she forgot to resume singing and as the song picked up in the speakers, she wasn't even mouthing to the lyrics.
