14 DAY TRIAL // Bristol Palin, the 20-year-old daughter of Sarah Palin, is looking different these days. So different, in fact, that there’s lots of talk of how she may have gotten extensive plastic surgery to look more “Hollywood.”
Over the weekend, the former Dancing With the Stars star stepped out for her first public appearance in quite some time and stunned with her startlingly different appearance.
As the photos attached to this article will also confirm, Bristol has lost a lot of weight. Either because of the post-DWTS “bullying” on her figure or because she simply decided to change something about herself, she’s been clearly working out and / or dieting.
Still, there’s something about her that simply can’t be explained by losing a few pounds: about her face, in particular, as Gawker was the first to point out.
“‘Oh no,’ I thought to looking at the picture at left. ‘Someone mixed up the Palin girls, and labeled this girl ‘Bristol Palin’,” the Gawker editor writes in a piece which sets out to start a new topic trend on how different Bristol’s face looks.
“But lo! The female at left really is Bristol Palin. And so is the female at right. Did our beloved Teen Mom 2: Republican Boogaloo star use some of that abstinence advocacy money on plastic surgery? Or is her new face the product of normal weight fluctuation?” Gawker asks.
TooFab and various celebrity blogs ask the same question, albeit most of them seem to have already made up their mind: Bristol didn’t just lose some weight, she also had lots of work done to her face.
For instance, commenters online point out, she seems to have had a chin implant, and fat sucked out from her chin and cheeks.
“[She had] buchal fat pad removal. We have these grape to worm size pieces of fat in our faces that can easily be sucked out through the mouth. This is the very hot, yet secret procedure to show your cheek bones and thin your face 5-10 pounds,” commenter Francesletigre writes on Gawker.
Bristol also appears to have had her lips plumped with fillers and even an eye lift. She’s obviously also changed her hairdo and her makeup, so that helps too in making her appear as another person.
