This year's winner at the World's Strongest Man competition has been crowned, and it is Brian Shaw of the United States.

Check out a video of Shaw lifting 975 pounds (443 kg), as relayed by USA Today. He struggles at first and the audience proves helpful by offering a bit of tough love and bootcamp advice.

“You pick it up right now!” one audience member yells out. Another cheers him on and he final lifts the weights.

In 2013, the World Strongest Man contest was held in China. According to Muscle and Fitness, the US competitor beat last year's champion, Zydrunas Savickas from Lithuania.

This is the second title in three years for Shaw. Mike Jenkins came in fourth while Mike Burke, also of the MHP, placed fifth.
