A 28-feet-high (8.5 meters) mural showing Jesus as people have never seen Him before was recently unveiled in Bristol, England.

The Jesus imagined by artist Cosmo Sarson is break dancing. Oddly enough, He's break dancing while wearing the clothes He allegedly wore when taken to be crucified.

Sources say that the shiny background surrounding Jesus' breakdancing figure was created from 2.5 pounds of gold glitter. The rest is just paint, lots and lots of it.

“Breakdancing Jesus represents everything Bristol should be proud of. We have a proud history of religious tolerance, incredible cultural diversity and a vibrant creative history.”

“Breakdancing Jesus is a celebration of that,” artist Cosmo Sarson commented on his work.

By the looks of it, the artists got inspiration for the mural from videos showing Pope John Paul II applauding some break dancers who performed in front on him in 2004.
