We've come across plenty of interesting PC accessories from Brando over time, and now, it's about time to check out yet another interesting item of this type, namely their MIX Gestures Wireless Mini Keyboard Mouse.

As the name suggests quite clearly, what we're dealing with here is a wireless controller capable of delivering quite a large number of features and functions, particularly useful for a HTPC.

So, basically, what we're talking about here is a 56-key 2.4 GHz RF Wireless keyboard that also packs a built-in optical touch pad (with gesture support), that will really come in handy for browsing the web or controlling multimedia playback, which are exactly the main functions most HTPCs are typically used for.

As mentioned before, this hybrid peripheral works on a wireless RF interface, providing a 10 meter range in open space and around 7 or 8 meters in an office environment, for example, and requiring users to connect a tiny USB dongle to the PC system the MIX Gestures device is hooked up to.

Additional info you might be interested in include the fact that the device's optical sensor sports a 400 dpi resolution, and that the keyboard's power requirements are actually not that high, given the fact that it only requires 2 x AAA batteries in order to operate.

It's also worth mentioning that this mouse/keyboard combo will actually take only a very small amount of space around one's home, given the fact that it measures just around 109 x 59 x 18 mm and weighs somewhere in the vicinity of 93 grams.

And the best part is, the MIX Gestures Wireless Mini Keyboard Mouse from Brando is not even that expensive, selling for somewhere in the vicinity of 50 US dollars, which, to be perfectly honest, is quite an OK price point, given its features.
