Free RAM memory with only one click

There's been much talk about Symbian handsets that sometimes lag because their RAM memory is full and users forgot to close some applications. Unfortunately, RAM memory isn't infinite, so you'll be stuck with what the manufacturer has included in the device. On the other hand, as a temporary storage area for your smartphone, RAM memory can be freed up by closing some unwanted or hidden applications that are running in the background.

I have found such a tool, MemoryUp Personal, which is a free third-party Java-compatible piece of software that takes control of JVM for each smartphone system, smartly analyzes running J2ME programs (including hidden programs), automatically allocates and recovers respective occupied RAM, and boosts the system to its best performance.

Those applications that are no longer active on your smartphone are being reclaimed by MemoryUp as free resources and are put to better use. By reclaiming these resources, the smartphone does not need to access the hard drive as frequently, which will greatly enhance the smartphone's performance.

Furthermore, MemoryUp can monitor the smartphone's system in the background, freeing resources when needed. Many smartphone users have also installed J2ME programs on their phones, and MemoryUp can help to automatically analyze and recover up to 50% of RAM occupied by these programs. The main features of the applications include: Real-time Mobile Memory Calculation & Statistics and Quick Boosting.
The first one enables users access to easy-to-read statistics on their smartphone's memory use. A nice graph of the total memory and current memory use can be seen on the screen, which makes it easier for users to see how well their smartphone is performing, and where there are any problems. The Quick Boosting feature lets users boost their memory by hand, by making more memory available.
Even though this product is free, you might wanna upgrade to MemoryUp Pro to gain access to more advanced features: Smartphone System Crash Protection, Set Performance Targets with Basic & Advanced Settings or Auto Boosting in the Background. MemoryUp Personal is fully optimized for all series of Symbian OS smartphones, but will also work for any Java compatible handset.
