One of Britney Spears’ bodyguards is thinking of going to court over claims that she seriously harassed him, making moves on him and putting pressure on him to comply to her advances, The Sun has learned. According to a friend of the former cop, Spears would always walk around Fernando Flores without clothes, making it more than clear that she’d taken a fancy on him and planned on acting on it.

Flores only wanted to be a good handler and got into the job knowing only too well that Spears was a handful, the friend reveals. However, he was not prepared for the insanity that followed – and certainly not to see the singer come on him in such a blatantly obvious manner. Admittedly, Spears made a habit of being in his presence sans clothes, which, soon enough, made the working situation nearly impossible for Flores. He’s no longer working for Spears now and would obviously like to be compensated for being out of a job.

“She was always giving him the come on and he felt if he didn’t reciprocate he could lose his job. He finally handed in his notice last week and is considering legal action. Working for Britney is tough. She’s a nightmare to deal with and her emotions are totally out of control. She runs round the house [nude] and yelling at staff. All her guards knew they could be removed if they looked at her the wrong way. Unfortunately for Fernando, she took a liking to him, so he was under more pressure than most. He wanted to be a good security guard and look after her but the situation became unbearable,” the friend dishes for The Sun.

It was one particular incident that pushed Flores to terminate his contract with Spears, when he was forced to take the fall for her coming out in public without underwear, thus going against her father’s direct orders. “It was embarrassing to tell her to put on underwear. Some guys would do it but others were too ashamed. Jamie [Spears] went mental when he saw the pictures and Fernando was made the fall guy. He was not fired but told he was to blame. He had had enough,” the friend further explains.

Flores is now out of a job and he’s none too happy about it, understandably. He’s thinking of taking Spears to court and asking for damages for the kind of harassing behavior she subjected him to during his employment. Whether he’ll actually do so is an entirely different matter, of course.
