14 DAY TRIAL // Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina (or Krissi to friends), is the latest celebrity to find herself involved in a drug scandal. The National Enquirer has photos of her apparently doing cocaine – but her father, Bobby, says it must be a mistake of some sorts.
We also reported a short while ago that an ex boyfriend sold pictures of 18-year-old Krissi to the tab to prove that she’s a drug addict just like her famous parents.
With them, she also provided an extensive account of the many times he’s seen her do drugs, stressing that she had a problem and needed rehab before things really got out of hand.
That’s not true, Bobby tells ABC News when asked about the photos and the ongoing rumors, as reported by People.
“I don’t know anything about that. My daughter, she doesn’t, she doesn’t do that,” Bobby responded when asked about the pictures of her daughter snorting a white substance believed to be cocaine.
Bobbi herself has been very vocal as regards the allegations, saying she was set up by a former boyfriend looking for revenge.
Nothing is at it seems, she said in a lengthy tweet post that also marked the first and last time she ever addressed this so-called controversy.
But what’s certain is that she is not an addict and is far from the hard-partying girl her ex tried to portray her to the tabloids. She has faith that the truth will come out eventually.
“The pictures_ a former very dear person to me did this. Set me up to make it look exactly what it looks like. God will smite them yes.. But it’s really not what it looks like.. People will do anything for money which is extremely sad, and I’m very hurt by this,” Krissi wrote at the time.
“And the person that did this was a result of a horrible relationship that went sour. I was in love_ he was in love with money. I’ve learned My lesson. I’m so much greater and blessed for it today, and I believe nothing less,” she added.
