Even though RIM hasn't made its latest Blackberry OS version officially available for all smartphones that meet the minimum requirements, it looks like 6.0 builds are continuing to leak over the Internet.

This time the guys over BBLeaks are making available for download an unofficial OS 6.0.0.357 version for Blackberry 9330 3G devices.

While the software upgrade is not an official release, thus not supported by RIM, users that have installed previous leaked version of the OS report that everything worked smoothly after the upgrade.

Still, users that are tempted to upgrade their Blackberry Curve 3G 9330 with the latest 6.0.0.357 should keep in mind that if they choose to install it, they do so at their own risk.

Furthermore, these beta builds are most likely to cause some of the phone's features to be disabled, while new ones may appear. These things are quite normal during the development stages and the main reason why you should not install an unfinished software upgrade.

However, in some cases the device might perform better than before the upgrade, but that may depend on the user's level of Blackberry knowledge.

It is recommended that Blackberry Curve 9330 owners wait for the tech savvy users' feedback before trying to upgrade their device, as support is non-existent from RIM when it comes to unofficial builds.

The first reports regarding the leaked OS are positive and mentions that the initial reboot time after the software upgrade was 7 minutes, as well as some annoying glitches that were fixed in the browser. Apparently the new build is running smoothly and no bugs were discovered yet.

Before doing the upgrade make sure to backup all your data for a future restore. To download the leaked Blackberry OS 6.0.0.357 for Curve 3G 9330 head over to CrackBerry forums, which is also the place where you can leave your feedback on the matter.
