BlackBerry mobile phone users out there should soon have yet another reason to rejoice, as the BlackBerry Tour2 9650 handset, also known as the BlackBerry Essex, has just made an appearance in CelleBrite, a system that is used for the transfer of contacts from a handset to another. Previous rumors have already suggested that it shouldn't be too long before the smartphone makes an appearance on the market, and the new details seem to prove exactly that.

According to a recent post on crackberry, a Verizon Wireless employee has spotted the BlackBerry Tour 2 9650 (Essex) in CelleBrite, and there is also a screenshot available to prove it. No exact details on when the phone will be launched have emerged so far, yet it seems that one can expect it to land either this month or the next, set to make those who were waiting for it to arrive rejoice.

Since the info comes from within Verizon, things are said to have been already nailed down; yet, nothing should be taken as certain until the official announcement on the phone is made. Those who enjoyed the first Tour will love the second one, especially since it comes with about the same size as the original model, but with improved features and capabilities.

Previous reports on the second Tour device suggested that it would boast great Wi-Fi connectivity options, as well as an easy to use QWERTY keyboard and a great working trackpad, more raw power due to a faster processor, and more other enhancements. Most of you might know already that Essex is expected to land on the market via more carriers in the US, and recent rumors suggested that both Verizon and Sprint were getting ready to launch the phone pretty soon. With Tour2 already spotted in Verizon's system, it shouldn't be too long before news on Sprint's model emerges as well, so stay tuned for more.
