Canadian mobile phone maker BlackBerry is gearing up for the launch of its BlackBerry Q10 smartphone in more markets around the world, and India is one of them.

The company has confirmed in a recent post on Twitter that the device is indeed coming soon to India, although it did not offer specific info on when that might happen, as n4bb notes.

“BlackBerry Q10 is coming to India soon. Stay tuned on our page for all the latest updates,” the company stated in the aforementioned tweet.

Packing a 3.1-inch OLED display, BlackBerry Q10 is the first device to sport both the new BlackBerry 10 operating system and a QWERTY keyboard.

It also features a dual-core processor inside, 2GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back, front camera for making video calls, and the usual set of connectivity capabilities.
