For $199 on a two-year contract

The recently announced BlackBerry Bold 9650 is set to become available in the United States market as soon as next month. Wireless carrier Sprint already unveiled plans to add the device to its offering, and that it expected the Bold 9650 to become available for its users come May 23. The new BlackBerry smartphone will feature a price tag of $199.99 upon the signing of a two-year service agreement and after a $100 mail-in rebate.

The BlackBerry Bold 9650 comes with fast access to email, calendar, contacts, business and entertainment applications, as well as to location-based services, both in the US and abroad. The handset can easily prove a great option for those looking for easy access to social networking sites, including Facebook, Flickr or MySpace. Moreover, users can share pictures and videos via MMS or various IM services, including BlackBerry Messenger.

The specs and features list of BlackBerry Bold 9650 includes access to up to 10 supported email accounts, media player, the BlackBerry OS 5, 512 MB of Flash memory, coupled with memory card slot with support for up to 32 GB of additional storage space (a 2 GB microSD card included), 3.5 mm stereo headset jack, 3.2 -megapixel photo snapper with flash, auto focus and video recording capabilities, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g) connectivity, built-in GPS receiver, and access to BlackBerry App World.
