A new flavor of the BlackBerry App World is now available for download for owners of BlackBerry devices out there, namely version 3.1.4.25.

The new client version was pushed to the BlackBerry Beta Zone a while ago, for testing purposes, and RIM has finally decided it was ready to land on devices.

When compared to the previous BlackBerry App World 3.1 release, the new flavor of the application brings along a series of new features and enhancements, while also improving what was previously added to the app, some of those who already installed it report.

One of the most important additions to the application is an “upgrade all” button that enables users to download all available updates for their applications at once.

Additionally, they will be able to connect the BlackBerry App World to the BlackBerry Messenger, something that will add a new range of BlackBerry App World actions in their BBM personal message.

The new mobile client version also brings along a series of bug fixes, as well as some other enhancements that should improve the overall experience users have with the software.

The release notes of the new app iteration include:

- Download all app updates with the new "Upgrade All" button - Share your list of installed apps using NFC technology - View lists of installed apps from multiple friends using NFC technology - Connect BlackBerry App World to BBM to display a variety of new BlackBerry App World actions in your BBM personal message - Finnish language support - Various bug fixes

Users who would like to grab the new version of the BlackBerry App World application should head over to the BlackBerry mobile website for that.

Unfortunately, the new release does not seem to have been listed in the BlackBerry App World storefront as of yet, though it might make an official appearance there in the near future.
