One month after announcing the beta version of BlackBerry App World 3.0, Research in Motion's new storefront is now available for the masses.

The public release of the application was announced by Alex Kinsella, Team Lead, BlackBerry App World Product Management via Twitter.

According to the official announcement, all the features announced in beta version have been included in this final iteration of BlackBerry App World 3.0.

Besides several cosmetic changes, the application's graphics have been improved with new rotating banners that display what's new and hot in the App World.

There are new channels available that provide users with the option to search and find certain apps, games or themes much faster than it was previously possible.

Users who install the latest version of BlackBerry App World will be able to share favorite apps directly from the software's details screen via BBM (BlackBerry Messenger), Facebook, Twitter, email or SMS.

Another interesting new feature is called My World and allows users to manage their apps, as well as subscription content.

In addition, users who wish to be notified when subscription renewals are available can now choose this option within the My World feature.

With My Account new feature, users will be able to manage their payment options along with their BlackBerry ID.

No word on what happens with PlayBook tablet users, as the current App World 3.0 only supports BlackBerry smartphones.

BlackBerry App World 3.0 is now available for download directly from RIM's website and requires the following: BlackBerry Device Software 4.5 or higher; a trackpad, trackball or SurePress touch screen; and a service plan that includes access to the BlackBerry Browser.

It is also worth mentioning that the application is not available in all regions, so we recommend checking out the long list of countries where BlackBerry App World 3.0 can be downloaded.
