In a recent interview, BioWare's James Ohlen, the lead designer of Star Wars: The Old Republic, has revealed that his company is hard at work on the plan regarding the end game of the massively multiplayer online role playing title and that BioWare fans have nothing to worry about.

“I know some people are worried, for example, about the elder game [and are asking] ‘what happens in the elder game, what happens when you get to the highest level?’ We do have a plan for that and we will be revealing it the future,” he told IncGamers. “Don't worry, it's not like we're ignoring that. We have a lot of hardcore MMO players who have like five level 80 WoW characters, so it's not like we don't have the knowledge of what we need to do in terms of the elder game and other aspects of our game.”

This is another aspect of the MMORPG genre BioWare plans to innovate on, as Ohlen promised there would still be things to do in the game's world once players reach the maximum attainable level and complete all the tasks available. He also said that the sheer amount of features that Star Wars: The Old Republic made it pretty difficult to reveal them all.

A new gameplay video of Star Wars: The Old Republic has recently surfaced, showcasing group mechanics. At a first glance, the title handles like a traditional MMO with every class fulfilling either the role of tank, healer or damage dealer. In the video clip you can find at the end of the article, a Jedi Knight, a Smuggler, a Republic Trooper and a Jedi Consular can be seen fighting together against a bunch of invaders from the Sith Empire. Star Wars: The Old Republic will be released sometime in the spring of 2011, exclusively for the PC.
