Half of Germany’s biggest pop rock band, the Kaulitz twins, Bill and Tom are moving to the US, Los Angeles, later this year to work on new music, it has emerged.

Already a paparazzi magnet when they’re in LA (or anywhere in the world, for that matter), the brothers will change residence this fall, in mid November, BILD magazine reports.

This should come as wonderful news for Tokio Hotel fans over in the US, who simply could not see enough of their idols – now, they will have plenty of paparazzi shots of the two.

The German publication also says that the other members of Tokio Hotel remain where they are because they have girlfriends whom they do not wish to leave behind.

“As BILD found out, the famous twins will be moving to Los Angeles in the fall already. Together with their manager and producer David Jost, who has been living in Beverly Hills for over a year now, they want to write new songs,” BILD reports.

Confirmation comes from Jost himself, who says that, indeed, the Kaulitz brothers should be in Los Angeles in almost no time now.

“Yes, Bill and Tom will move to Los Angeles for starters, but they will still keep their home in Germany. The move to LA is planned for half November,” Jost says.

“Their bandcollegues Georg, and Gustav, want to stay in Germany because they have steady girlfriends there,” BILD further reports.

However, there may be more to the move than just wanting to be near manager and producer Jost, since the Kaulitz brothers might also be looking to put some distance between them and their detractors.

“Friends on the band have said that besides the planned work in the Soundstudio in LA the constant pursuit of by the stalkergangs and the break-in into their home in Hamburg are more grounds to move to the USA,” BILD says.

Still, if it’s peace and quiet they’re looking for, they’re coming to the wrong place. If anything, their stay in LA should boost their celebrity profile even more.

“It won’t get quiet for the twins in Los Angeles. The collection of stars is nowhere bigger than in Hollywood, Bill and Tom have also been hunted by paparazzi in Los Angeles,” BILD also notes.
