More than 60 speakers have confirmed presence at the event

The third edition of the Montreal International Game Summit, organized by Alliance numeriQC, will take place on November 8th and 9th at the Palais des Congres de Montreal. Over 800 developers and producers of games for all platforms are expected to attend, and more than 60 speakers have confirmed their presence at the event.

More than 30 of the 50 or so presentations will deal with one of the four spheres of activity: design, technique, programming and production/business, and participants can also attend the major sessions led by celebrated keynote speakers:

- Reggie Fils-Aime, President and COO of Nintendo of America. - Chaim Gingold, Game Designer, and Chris Hecker Technology Fellow at Maxis/EA, renowned for, among others, their work on SPORE. - Tetsuya Mizuguchi, Cofounder and Producer of Q Entertainment Inc. (Lumines (PSP), Meteos (NDS) and Ninety-Nine Nights (Xbox360). - Ken Perlin, Professor/ Innovator, NYU Media Lab. - Glenn Entis, Vice-President and Chief Visual Officer, EA Worldwide.

In addition, participants can attend seminars underwritten by various sponsors, including Autodesk, AGEIA, Havok, Audiokinetic, A.I. Implant and Softimage.
