14 DAY TRIAL // Beyonce and Jay Z had a concert for their On The Run tour in New Orleans, so they decided to celebrate this joyous occasion by having a family dinner at one of the city's posh restaurants. Slap-happy Solange was also invited, probably to dispel any theories about family feuds.
The internet is still buzzing with reports that see Bey and Jay divorcing any day now due to his infidelities, but the couple are seemingly unaffected by all the mean gossip and are carrying on with their marital bliss as if nothing happened.
People reports that Beyonce, Solange and Jay Z all had dinner at Kingfish, a restaurant located in the snazzy French Quarter on Monday night. Also invited were a couple of close friends, which made the entire affair seem that more intimate.
Eyewitnesses swear and Beyonce and Jay looked very cozy and comfortable around each other and that they were very far from the image projected by the tabloids swearing that the two are already separated and are merely held together by a contractual obligation to finish the joint tour.
One such eye-witness is quoted as saying, “The seemed to be having a nice time and were really relaxed and super low-key.” In fact, the entire dinner was scrutinized carefully, so that we even know what the group had for dinner, “a chef's selection of appetizers.”
The same report indicates that the Kingfish was merely one stop in the couple's night out, which didn't begin or end at the said establishment. It seems that earlier in the day, Beyonce and Jay had a quiet tete-a-tete at the Cochon Restaurant in town.
It's not known if this is merely a PR stunt aimed at quelling some of the split and divorce rumors or it was genuinely a family date, a happy event for a loving couple and their friends.
The day was completed by a trip to the National World War II Museum together with daughter Ivy, which was photographed and later shared on social media.
In the eyes of the press, this isn't enough evidence to convince the public the family is doing peachy and they continue their speculations, citing insiders who are ready to swear on the Holy Bible that Beyonce can no longer stand Jay, and that a separation is as certain as the sun rising tomorrow morning.
Among the evidence is the fact that the two members of the couple are no longer wearing their wedding rings, as well as a few hints dropped by Beyonce in her concerts, like changing some very meaningful lyrics in her songs about betrayal and bursting into tears on stage.
