They don't call her the busiest businesswoman for nothing: shortly before she gave birth to baby girl Blue Ivy Carter, Beyonce shot a campaign for the latest line from House of Dereon. The first ad is now out.

You can see it by clicking on the image attached to this article. Also, below, you will find a preview for the Spring / Summer 2012 line.

The House of Dereon is Beyonce and her mother Tina Knowles' passion project.

Throughout the years, some of the collections were panned by critics and the media but, somehow, they were still a hit with the public.

The upcoming line is also bound to be a success, the Daily Mail believes.

In the first ad for it, Beyonce is seen modeling one of the key elements: she’s looking incredible and, what's best, she's almost 9 months pregnant.

“Shot by famed celebrity and fashion photographer Tony Duran shortly before Beyonce gave birth, the only image released so far features the brand’s muse looking beautiful and sultry wearing a structured stud embellished bodice – a key piece from the line’s spring/summer 2012 collection,” the Mail writes.

“The newest designs, which are available at Selfridges and House of Fraser, include a range of dresses – from short and feminine to floaty maxis and bold sporty styles – perfect for city streets or the summer’s festival fields,” adds the same publication.

As the video below will confirm, the new House of Dereon offering will also include '80s-inspired items, such as high-waisted shorts, tummy revealing tops, and lots of flowery fabrics.

In other Beyonce-related news, it looks like 2012 will be even more hectic than the previous years for the singer and actress.

Reports online claim she's being pursued by Simon Cowell for a judging position on X Factor USA and, with the kind of money that's being (reportedly) thrown at her, it would be a wonder if she refused.

Cowell is apparently willing to pay Beyonce $500 million (€380.4 million) for a 5-year contract to be a part of the show. Word has it she's considering it.
