Beyonce posted a photo of baby Blue Ivy on her Tumblr account, but only a small part of her face is visible in the shot.
She is wearing a crown that marks that she might one day take over the empire that her superstar parents Beyonce and Jay Z have built.
Beyonce's reluctance to post full shots of her daughter indicates that she wants to protect her from the public eye and give her as much of a normal childhood as possible.
However, she may be trying to illustrate that Blue Ivy is getting ready for those close-ups, and that the world will be hearing and seeing more of her soon.
